Reply Polska has leased nearly 1000 sqm of office space in DL Piano, an office building located in Katowice. DL Piano is a modern commercial project completed by DL Invest Group that embodies the assumptions for multifunctional complexes that aim to secure not only the office needs of tenants but also provide complimentary retail and service functions as much as possible. DL Piano, with an area of 17,000 sqm, is one of the newest office buildings in Katowice – it was commissioned for use in 2020. Currently, the building is almost fully leased. Advanced negotiations are underway for the last vacant spaces.
