DL ATRIUM is the first building of a business campus located in a new, high-attraction business district in the Katowice-Wełnowiec area, along the city’s key traffic artery – Al. Korfantego. The next phase of this multi-functional complex that will transform the character of this part of the city is the DL TOWER office building.
The area surrounding DL ATRIUM includes residential (both multi-family and single-family), office, commercial, and service buildings. The development is part of the city's plan to create a ring road connecting the Katowice districts with neighboring cities.
