The project represents the next stage in the development of the DL Vintage Post complex. Giełda Zbożowa is located in a prestigious part of Gliwice, just 200 metres from the Main Market Square. In the immediate vicinity, there is an extensive network of public transport and road connections, ensuring convenient access between the city’s districts and neighbouring towns. Situated at the intersection of the A1 and A4 motorways, Gliwice is one of the best-connected cities in Poland. The nearby Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa (DTŚ) provides fast connections to other cities within the Upper Silesian metropolitan area.

The surroundings of the building include residential estates, numerous retail, service and dining facilities, as well as the City Hospital, Municipal Park, the Market Square, cultural institutions and faculties of the Silesian University of Technology.
