DL Prime

DL PRIME is a modern office complex consisting of three five-storey buildings located on Piwna Street in Gliwice. The buildings are connected by a shared car park and public space. Situated just off one of the main access roads to the city centre, the development is set to become a new business landmark for Gliwice.

The immediate surroundings include service points, the main railway and bus stations, restaurants, and residential developments. The site benefits from a strategic location near the very heart of Gliwice, with direct access to regional roads 901 and 902 (Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa), providing convenient connections to neighbouring cities such as Ruda Śląska, Bytom, Chorzów, Knurów, and Zabrze.

The project is certified under the international BREEAM green building certification system and delivers high-quality office and retail space to the Gliwice market.

The first phase of the DL PRIME complex was completed in early 2023. DL Invest Group delivered over 6,000 sq m of modern office space to ista Customer Service Poland. The company occupies three of the four floors of the building, where it has established its outsourcing centre serving ista Group subsidiaries around the world.
