DL Invest Park Sędziszów Małopolski is a build-to-suit warehouse facility. The project consists of the construction of office and warehouse halls with a target total area of up to 50 000 m2. A complex of three A-class facilities will be built on a 13.8 ha plot, providing tenants with the possibility of expansion and development, as well as allowing for individual arrangement of logistic and office space. The first phase of the development was delivered in the first half of 2023.
