DL Invest Park Sędziszów Małopolski is a warehouse investment developed on a build-to-suit formula. The project involves the construction of office and warehouse facilities with a total target area of up to 50,000 m². A complex of three Class A facilities will be built on a 13.8 ha plot, providing tenants with opportunities for expansion and development, as well as allowing for individual arrangement of logistics and office space. The first stage of the investment was completed in the first half of 2023.
