DL INVEST PARK PSARY is a comprehensively prepared logistics and warehouse complex on a 900,000 m² plot of land. The site is fully prepared for the implementation of projects with a total area of approx. 320,000 GLA, covered by the local development plan and has a valid building permit for warehouse facilities. DL INVEST PARK PSARY is located in the heart of the Silesian agglomeration, providing easy access to such large cities of the province as Katowice, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Sosnowiec, and Czeladź. Currently, INDITEX, DHL, STOKROTKA, and ID LOGISTICS are gradually conducting their operations on the site.
Namely, at the turn of the fourth quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, Inditex moved into new warehouse halls with an area of over 120,000 sq m.
The lease agreement for over 123,000 sq m with Inditex is one of the largest transactions on the logistics real estate market in Poland in recent years. Inditex decided to lease additional space, expanding its presence in DL INVEST GROUP facilities by an additional 80,000 sq m.
