We are pleased to announce that the DL Invest Park Legnica project has been awarded the prestigious BREEAM In-Use certificate. This proves that the investment meets the highest environmental standards and is another step in the implementation of the DL Green strategy, which is the foundation of DL Invest Group's activities.

DL Invest Park Legnica is a modern warehouse space, designed based on our standards for the e-commerce industry and dedicated to InPost. The facility offers 6,500 sq m of space with the possibility of further expansion and has been implemented using the standard structural form of DL Invest Group buildings.
The investment is located in the southeastern part of Legnica, in close proximity to major transportation routes: A4, S3, DK94 and DW364. This enables efficient logistics both nationally and internationally - the facility is only an hour's drive from the German border and Wrocław Airport. The proximity to the Legnica Special Economic Zone and the Legnica Technology Park further increases the attractiveness of the location.
The building was completed to A-class standard and equipped with energy-efficient, environmentally friendly solutions, high-class acoustic and thermal insulation, and full associated infrastructure.
