Leasing Manager
The tasks that await you:
- searching for tenants for newly created office, retail or warehouse space;
- analysing the market for commercial space demand;
- preparing offers and presentations for potential tenants;
- conducting talks and negotiating conditions with contractors;
- administrative services for contracts;
- close cooperation with other Departments of the Company.
Requirements:
- commitment to work;
- sales-oriented attitude towards achieving defined goals;
- communication skills;

- experience in real estate leasing desirable;

Leasing Manager in the logistics space department
The tasks that await you:
- searching for tenants for newly created logistic space;
- analyzing the market in terms of demand for warehouse space;
- preparing offers, presentations for potential tenants;
- conducting talks and negotiating conditions with contractors;
- administrative service of contracts;
- close cooperation with other departments of the company.
You will need:
- min. 2 years' experience in sales in contract logistics;
- commitment to your job;
- ability to communicate with other people;
- the necessary ambition to achieve the objectives set;
- experience in rental of real estate;
- ability to conduct conversations in English;
- driving licence (cat. B).

Construction Coordinator
The tasks that await you:
- working on investment projects from scratch (in the commercial real estate sector, in particular office buildings),
- participation in the supervision of the execution of works based on contract requirements, technical documentation and schedules,
- contracting subcontractors, their supervision, conducting meetings,
- cooperation with the general contractor (if any),
- cooperation with design offices, verification of design documentation,
- coordination of the execution process in terms of deadlines, logistics, acceptance of work stages and settlements,
- responsibility for quality and timeliness of executed works,
- acceptance of works,
- responsibility for project documentation,
- ongoing reporting on the progress of works,
- liaising with authorities, clients and other institutions on the project.
You will need:
- experience in the construction of commercial properties, in particular office buildings,
- practical knowledge of the supervision of the execution of various branches,
- construction related education,
- independence, decisiveness and efficiency in action,
- experience in working on historic buildings would be appreciated,
- negotiating skills in business contacts,
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel), Auto CAD,
- required: driving licence cat. B.

Architect in Design Team
Job Description:
- work on the creation of architectural arrangements,
- analysis of construction-architectural and trade documentation,
- preparation of letters/documents,
- responsibility for project documentation,
- ongoing reporting on the progress of work,
- cooperation with authorities, clients and other institutions in the scope of the project,
- preparation of visualisations, presentations of projects.
Requirements:
- experience in architectural design,
- experience in analysis of construction-architectural and industry documentation,
- knowledge of design trends and the industry market,
- proficiency in AutoCad, knowledge of MSOffice package, ability to use Corel/Photoshop graphic programs, visualization skills would be appreciated,
- high level of ambition and self-organisation, energy in taking actions,
- driving licence, category B.

Contracting Manager in the Building Department
The tasks that await you:
- estimating costs of the projects in the pipeline,
- preparing analyses and comparisons between planned and actual costs for each investment,
- preparing contracts for designers, contractors and subcontractors according to the employer's standard,
- verification of bills of quantities,
- searching for/acquiring suppliers and subcontractors for general construction, structural, earthworks, road and installation works,
- searching for solutions and substitute materials influencing price optimisation of the works performed,
- checking project documentation;
Requirements:
- higher education, technical construction,
- speed, independence, decision-making and efficiency in action,

ATTORNEY/LEGAL COUNSEL (IN-HOUSE)

The tasks that await you:
- Verification of contracts from each department of the Company for their compliance with applicable laws and the interest of the Company, including lease agreements, construction contracts, etc;
- Negotiation of contracts with external entities;
- Preparation of documentation for the Management Board and Supervisory Board;
- Ongoing legal service to the company, providing opinions and drafting letters and agreements;
- Representing the company in external institutions;
- Conducting effective debt collection activities, preparing pleadings;
- Determining the strategy of action for accepted cases.
Requirements:
- Has at least 3 years' professional experience as an in-house lawyer;
- Is registered as an attorney or legal counsel and is fully qualified to practice independently;
- Has practical experience in construction law, commercial real estate;
- Knowledge of banking law with emphasis on investment financing, knowledge of LMA standard of contracts is also welcome;
- Is very independent, punctual, reliable, responsible for entrusted tasks and function;
- Is characterized by the ability to work under time pressure.
