DL PRIME

DL PRIME is a complex of three modern five-story buildings located on Piwna Street in Gliwice, connected by a parking lot and public space. The building, located just off the main access road to the center of Gliwice, will be a business landmark of the city. The closest surroundings of the facility include service points, a railway and bus station, restaurants and residential buildings. The property is located in close proximity to the very center of Gliwice, directly on road 901 and Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa [902]. Among other things, the direct relationship with the region's important roads provides convenient access also from neighboring cities such as Ruda Śląska, Bytom, Chorzów, Knurów and Zabrze.

Certified under the international green building certification system - BREEAM, the project will deliver top-quality office and retail space to the Gliwice market.

The first phase of the DL Prime complex was completed in early 2023. DL Invest Group handed over more than 6,000 sqm of modern office space to ista Shared Services Poland. These are three of the four floors of the building where the company has set up its outsourcing centre working with ista Group subsidiaries worldwide.
