Sale and Leaseback

The sale and leaseback model allows us not only to build and deliver a warehouse or production facility tailored to the client’s needs—guaranteeing options for expansion, reconstruction, or development of the facility with a buyback option after a 10–15-year lease period—but also to offer a financial solution more attractive than standard loans.

This includes the ability to release capital through the sale of real estate and its subsequent lease on a long-term basis (10–15 years) with an option for repurchase. This approach allows businesses to free up 100% of the property’s value, often covering existing liabilities, including loans secured against the property.

  2. Simultaneous Long-term Lease Agreement:
    The seller enters into a long-term lease agreement, ensuring full use of the property while delegating property management to DL Invest Group. This enables cost optimization for property maintenance. Additionally, the agreement includes full flexibility for reconstruction or expansion of the building to meet the tenant’s evolving needs, with all associated risks and costs borne entirely by DL Invest Group.
